How does OliiR Academy coach customer teams?
We coach in three ways:
- On-site: Face-to-face coaching at your location.
- Digital sessions: Online coaching via secure platforms.
- Self-paced: Through our LMS portal, where participants can access courses at their own pace.
Do we have unlimited access to courses?
Yes, courses are broken into chapter-level modules. This makes them easier to complete (each chapter is ~1 hour) and certification is issued per chapter.
How do we pay for courses?
All courses are linked to a payment gateway (Stripe). Once payment is complete, access is immediate.
How do we get access to tools?
Tools are located on a separate page. Depending on your subscription (Free, Select, or Unlimited), you can download them instantly. Links are delivered on-screen and by email.
What formats are the tools available in?
All tools are built on the Microsoft Office platform: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Who owns the tools?
All tools are proprietary to OliiR Academy and The Star Quadrant FZ LLC. They may be used internally but not resold or redistributed.
Do you provide consulting?
Yes. Consulting helps us understand your business structure, processes, and data before capability programs are implemented. This ensures better outcomes.
Is consulting mandatory?
No. Consulting is optional. We recommend it only when it adds clear value.
How do we select a program?
You can:
- Work with us to do a needs analysis.
- Select directly from our list of programs.
- Request a customized program if your needs are unique.
